LeakGuard ("LeakGuard", "we", "us", "our") is operated by Forge Stride Agency. By using LeakGuard you are entering into an agreement with Forge Stride Agency.
By accessing or using LeakGuard you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
LeakGuard is an AI-assisted tool that helps you identify recurring charges, duplicate subscriptions, and free trials by analyzing text you paste in (statements, receipts, exports). We do not connect to your bank.
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be of legal age to form a binding contract.
You agree not to misuse the service, including by: (a) using it for unlawful purposes, fraud, or spam; (b) infringing intellectual-property rights; (c) interfering with security (malware, probing, scraping, reverse engineering); (d) reselling or redistributing the service; or (e) circumventing technical limits.
LeakGuard uses large language models. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are provided for general informational purposes only — not financial, legal, tax, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before acting on them and for ensuring you have the rights to any content you input.
LeakGuard and all related software, branding, and documentation are owned by Forge Stride Agency. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your subscription. You retain ownership of content you input; you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the service.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until canceled.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages (loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where prohibited by law.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination, your right to use the service ends; you may export data within a reasonable window before deletion.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated via the service or email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
