LeakGuard, operated by Forge Stride Agency, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all LeakGuard purchases. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
2. Or contact our support team via your account settings and we'll help you start the refund.

Refunds are typically issued back to the original payment method within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Canceling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Manage Subscription. After canceling, you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
