How to request a refund

Payments are processed by PayPal. To request a refund:

1. Contact our support team via your account settings and we'll help you start the refund.
2. Or open the transaction in your PayPal activity and request a refund directly.

Refunds are typically issued back to the original payment method within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Canceling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Manage Subscription. After canceling, you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
